I gathered and discussed with my group about which spot was best (wall or pin board). We came to a conclusion that we have to have a wall because we needed an adapter for the projector and a wall is much more solid and we could always discuss with the teams next to us about sharing space. After we found a good spot, we started unpacking our materials and started setting everything up. Thankfully, another one of my teammates was next to me and took over when I was stuck. Two of our team members were assigned to walk around, hand out business cards, stickers and our QR code and inviting more audience to our booth. My group didn't really have an organised plan on who stays at the stand and who goes around. Right beneath it is our video playing (projector problem was never fixed as we ran our of time and gave up). Although our table looks a little messy (this photo was taken at the very end of the expo), it includes our business card, stickers and QR code, neatly placed in little containers.
