         <description><![CDATA[<div>Smoothies canBe healthy depending on what you put in it. For example if you put in bananas you will get potassium and if you put in Kale it can give you you leafy greens for the day.  When you put in strawberries you are getting it a serving of fruit and when you put in milk or yogurt you can get your dairy. You can also add nut butters or milks such as peanut butter or almond milk for protein.  As long as you put in one ingredient from every component of a good meal a smoothie can be a great way to get healthy foods you need on the go.</div>]]></description>
