In this class I learned how to write a cover letter, gained an understanding of formatting, content needs, and enhanced my skills in writing a cover letter.The examples of mistakes shown in the class gave me an understanding of the mistakes that I tend to make in writing a cover letter and how to go about responding to questions asked by the employer.

what do you need to improve?

I think I am lacking in how to embellish my resume and how to use humility to write a cover letter, and I need to strengthen my training in writing tone and how to make my resume look richer and more employer-friendly.

In today's resume writing lesson, we learned how to summarize our resumes and what we need to keep in mind during the writing process, how to present our resumes in a better way so that employers can be interested in our resumes. We learned what we need to cover and how to adapt our resumes to the employer's requirements.

I need to strengthen my skills on how to optimize my resume and layout formatting to make my resume look neat and competitive.

what you have learned?

In this lab class, we learned how to use an electronic balance, Autopipette and light microscope.The teacher described in detail how to use the above three equipments and the precautions to be taken, and trained us to be proficient in the use of the equipments with practice.

what do you need to improve?

During my practice, I had a situation with the auto-pipette where I took the liquid too quickly causing bubbles to appear, and I need to strengthen my skills in the use of the auto-pipette. In addition, I did not operate quickly enough when using these devices, and I need to practice using them more skillfully.

what you have learned?

In this course, we covered best practices for writing emails in a variety of situations and the basic elements to include. We also learned how to improve communication with others. I gained a more comprehensive understanding of how to format emails and use communication skills to enhance collaborative communication with others at work. This is a significant improvement over my previous abilities.

what do you need to improve?

It is essential that I apply these skills in a practical setting to continuously enhance my professional capabilities. I must engage in effective offline communication, learn to listen, understand, and articulate my thoughts. Simultaneously, I need to focus on the fundamental components and structure of emails in my daily life, while also maintaining a commitment to ongoing accumulation and refinement in my daily study and work.
