  1. Decentralized communes would replace the bloated, authoritarian state. Firms would be collectively owned and operated. Representatives from firms would participate in councils for workers in their sectors. Representatives from each sector would participate in the larger worker councils which would organize ways to distribute resources equally throughout society. Political and economic decisions would be made democratically through these councils. 
  2. Corporate  agreements are made are made by the citizens and community policing will replaced authoritarian police (the law is binding and not protective to some, and protective but not binding to others in squo)
  3. People will collectively decide their responsibilities based on skill, and educators will collectively operate schools in the same way firms collectively operate industrial production
  4. Technology that is helpful for production and for quality of life can be used, but no pressure should be put on technological acceleration that can be used to oppress the people
  5. Sector-wide worker councils will manage the industries that produce the goods people need to survive and thrive. Contracts, a form of coercion, will no longer exist as people will have freedom of association. People will be equal partners in their work in order to make the experience of work as fulfilling as possible.
  6. The concept of capital is arbitrary as things can be produced without capital as long as resources are collectively need. As long as people make the things they need for each other, capital does not need to be used to coerce and manipulate the people. 
  7. This system solves for the three great problems of late-stage capitalism. It solves capitalism, which leads to economic exploitation and poverty, which as of now is only worsening as the rich get richer and the poor get pooer. It solves for authoritarianism, because a state cannot exist without having a monopoly on force, and no force is legitimate because it necessitates the creation of unjust hierarchies.

Janitors, teachers, personal trainers, or drone maintenance workers
Work from 10 to 4 daily, with a lunch from 12 to 12:30

Life:
Marriage is rare because you can only in March or May
The only officiators are the clones
If a child is not produced, or over 5 children are produced, within 5 years, they are executed
