The problem of this qualitative research consists of identifying tenth graders limitations when pronouncing plural nouns endings. When using the target language, learners pronounce words as they read them since they lack knowledge of phonetics fundamentals, so they require an explanation of some features to understand the way those sounds pronounce.

Furthermore, assisting all the students in online classes at the same time hinders the teachers' feedback for correcting students' pronunciation errors. So, students need to be exposed as much as possible to listening and speaking activities to enhance their speaking skills. However, time for developing the lessons consists of forty minutes, twice a week. It means, that contents are explained superficially, and pronunciation is not covered enough.

Due to the intimate relationship between learning and teaching, an interconnected agent is the need to describe the efficacy of using the æ Pronunciation App with tenth graders at Escuela Normal in Santiago when articulating plural nouns endings sounds.

Speaking English is trendy now, and we can face an increased interest for people to learn English. However, many people indeed study in institutions that they just focused on other skills like reading and writing rather than speaking and listening. Students struggle when making sentences with the third person singular when they apply the simple present tense. Even though there are rules for the application of this tense, learners continue using the infinitive form of the verb for speaking. Nowadays, Panama has increased the number of English speakers, however, not many have a good pronunciation and this issue may depend on many variables like the insufficient curriculum or teaching with the wrong approaches and techniques, etc. Nevertheless, not all the fault recalls on the teachers and professors, but also learners who need to demonstrate interest and get hungrier about learning and improving their downsides in pronunciation to have more possibilities to get a better jobs’ opportunities soon.
