Illenium has been in the electronic music industry since 2008. Originating out of San Francisco, there was a lot of opportunities to hone his electronic music skills being in a big city. His first album release was in 2016, and in-between 2008 and 2016 he produced many singles and built a very impressive base set and tour appearances. His appearances alongside the early forerunners of the electronic music wave, helped him define his style in the dance culture.
