The flash and constant changing of the text almost creates the feeling that they're trying to tell you something subliminally. A city almost drowning in bright, holographic neon. Billboards, holograms and advertisements. A city so technologically advanced, and beautiful at first glance, but with a dark, gritty criminal underbelly. It's almost neo noir-esque in setting. Despite how packed the streets are, there's no disorder, everyone is walking with intent, with a destination in mind, and it really shows.
