today I learned how easy it is actually to combine the activities we do at school in such a way that they are international, and how easy it is to involve a large number of people and design activities in that way!

Also, what I especially agree with is that you should always start from yourself, your heart and your personal motivation, because this is actually the factor that will trigger everything else!

Throughout today, I have gained a deeper understanding of key competences necessary for success in a global environment. Through this project, I have realized the importance of teamwork, communication, and collaboration at various levels. Simultaneously, I have refined my problem-solving skills and critical thinking, which are crucial elements for facing challenges in today's world. I have recognized the significance of involving the entire school community in the project, providing me with the opportunity to further foster collaboration with all teachers, students, and parents, thus generating new perspectives and ideas. This experience has not only enriched my education but also equipped me with valuable life skills and insights that I will apply in the future.

In today's class, I learned how to organize work in class to develop key competences in students. Key competences range from soft skills, such a s communication, collaboration or creativity, to hard skills, such as computer skills or foreign languages. Key competences are a combination of knowledge and skills that will help our students cope with everyday situations, function in a diverse, international society and adapt to a rapidly changing world.

I think it is very useful that we discussed the key competencies through practical examples. I also got a lot of ideas for implementing school projects.

Our afternoon excursion was also a lasting experience.

Developing key competencies is the most important objective in the classroom. Today I have learned how to do that interestingly. We talked about activities that can help us to achieve that. Everyone shared their experience and the activities. We also talked about the importance of attitudes, and formal and informal learning which was very inspiring. In the end, we went to see a really beautiful place and talked about how we can involve different environments in our teaching.
