I have recently graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Biological science from the University Malaysia Terengganu (UMT) and now I am looking for job in customer service field. I have been joined the English for Occupational Purpose (EOP) and Plublic Speaking courses that have given me a broad foundation in this field as well. As I already joined thescourse, I gain so much experienced and learn to deal with many person as we need to talk with different type of person and personalities.  This course also help me to face with many situations in which I can apply it in this positions as well.

Apart from the experienced, I am independent person where I need a little or no supervision..
