•Passion 20%- You have to be passionate and have fun in what you want to be successful in, because if you are not, then you will want to quit and give up because you will be bored. 
•Drive 15%- You have to have the determination to work harder then everyone around you and you have to make sure that things get done the way they need to.
•Self confidence 15%- You should have self confidence, but you should not be over-self confident because if you are not confident in yourself, then no one will be confident in you.
•Communication 20%- You have to be very good in communicating because in business, or anything you do, communication is the most important thing because  you need to communicate with others to help them and help yourself.
Optimism 20%- You have to remember that there is much to achieve in this world, and you should know what is worth fighting for and what is not. Optimism is a strategy for making a better future, unless you believe that the future can be better, you are unlikely to step up and take responsibility for making it so because you have to make the change in the world you feel is needed.

Michael Jordan once said,"I have missed more than 9,000 shots in my career. I have lost almost 300 games. 26 times, I have been trusted to take the game-winning shot and missed. I have failed over and over and over again in my life, and that is why I succeed." Today Michael Jordan is considered one of the greatest basketball players of all time, with career stats including 6,672 rebounds, 5,633 assists, and 32,292 total points according to NBA.com. I also think that MJ is the most successful person because in high school, he gets cuts from the high school varsity team and he practiced much more and tried much harder because he needed to prove himself. Michael Jordan's mom said, "The best thing you could do is to prove to the coach that he had made a mistake. And leaving his disappointment behind, I started to improve my performance."
