Macbeth- "To be thus is nothing, but to be safely thus. Our fears in Banquo stick deep, and in his royalty of nature reigns that which would be feared. 'Tis much he dares, and to that dauntless temper of his mind he hath a wisdom that doth guide his valor to act in safety. There is none but he whose being I do fear, and under him my genius is rebuked, as it is said Mark Antony's was by Caesar. He chid the sisters when they first put the name of king upon me and bade them speak to him. Then, prophet-like, they hailed him father to a line of kings. Upon my head they placed a fruitless crown and put a barren scepter in my grip, thus to be wrenched unlineal hand, no son of mine succeeding. If't be so, for Banquo's issue have I filed my mind; for them the gracious Duncan have I murdered; put rancors in the vessel of my peace only for them; and mine eternal jewel given to the common enemy of man, to make them kings, the seed of Banquo kings! Rather then so, come fate into the list and champion me to th' utterance."
Id- Demonstrates Macbeth's fear and internal jealousy showing thanatos leading him to choose violence.

Ross: " My dearest coz, I pray you school yourself. But for your husband, he is noble, wise, judicious, and best knows the fits o' th' season. I dare not speak much further; but cruel are the times when we are traitors and do not know ourselves; when we hold rumor from what we fear, yet we know not what we fear, but float upon a wild and violent sea each way and none. I take my leave of you. Shall not be long but I'll be here again. Things at the worst will cease, or else climb upward to what they were before. - My pretty cousin, blessing upon you."
Ego- Ross tries to speak realistically and tries to give advice on how Lady Macbeth should act in her situation.
Superego- Ross speaks of morals and how to contain yourself and act accordingly.

Lady Macbeth- "Out, damned spot; out, I say. One, two,—why, then 'tis time to do't. Hell is murky. Fie, my lord, fie, a soldier and afeard? What need we fear who knows it, when none can call our power to account?- Yet who would have thought the old man to have so much blood in him."
Id- Lady Macbeth unconsciously reveals her fears. She speaks of eros which allows her to let Macbeth kill Duncan in order to sustain herself.
Ego- Lady Macbeth does not occur to find what she has done wrong because she has satisfied her desire and given her station.
