Currently, there is no software to carry out puchase planning and projected forecasting. This activity requires a high investment of time by the planning, finance and purchasing team.

SCOPE

Implementation of custom planning software for Rad Power Bikes supplies and sales by the end of the third quarter of the year.

Starting from those that have low influence, we identified the positions of Quality engineer, Quality Specialist and E-commerce Director, because the use they will have of the software focuses on informative tasks and not data generation.

Next we will focus on those that have high influence but a medium level of power, as is the case of those who will have a more active position in the implementation of the software, such as the logistics coordinator, inventory control manager, system implementation manager, planning analyst and senior developer; They are responsible for generating databases and analyzing the information.

And finally, at high levels of power and influence are the CFO, who will provide the monetary resources for execution and the Director of Supply and Planning, who will determine who has access to this software in addition to the information it will contain.

Furthermore, the projected timeline for completion aligns accurately with industry standards for similar projects. This affirmation is underscored by carefully considering the various factors influencing the project's timeline, including task intricacies, dependencies, and potential contingencies.
