I think this is particularly the case when there are two just accreditors which is now always the case. I may have just been unlucky, but there have been several panels with between 5/8 and 7/8 referred. This is very disappointing, and has also meant a lot of additional work in evaluating resubmissions. I sometimes wonder if we are reaching saturation point, particularly in the UK. I think it would be helpful to encourage a more informal get-together to learn a little bit about each other first and way of thinking/working etc.?
