Students had a snow day, which cost 2 hours of work on their electrical drawings, material lists, time frames for completion and cost quotes, which are competency based as well as critical to the success of our cabin-wiring project. Since these involve drawings, spread-sheets and interaction with local distributors, I expect to have to scaffold quite a bit more for about half of the class, while remaining on schedule for the building project and keeping with pacing for the "industry recognized" credential.

About 3/4 of my students have a good working knowledge of Google suite tools, and the remaining 1/4 show no mastery with that platform - or reading and writing skills for that matter. So, those are prevalent factors that affect precise pacing. When students come to Electricity with verbal and tech deficits as profound as the 1/4 subset displays, we wind up having to perform a VERY WIDE range of instruction across a multifariously distributed spectrum of prior competency.
