-Ginny]]> 2019-04-18 17:49:19 UTC https://padlet.com/meggi_wilcox/khzhpze7ve3x/wish/352630153 https://padlet.com/meggi_wilcox/khzhpze7ve3x/wish/352647037 I learned that Tier 1 differentiated instruction is best way differentiate for all students and is show to have  positive impacts on student growth.  However, many teachers find Tier 1 differentiation the most difficult to implement.  Tier 1 differentiated instruction is more effective than just high quality instruction alone. 

I also learned that differentiated instruction is not a one-size fits all program.  Teachers must use careful observations along with assessments to make informed decisions about differentiation.  The more experience a teacher gains, the better they become at differentiating instruction.
