<title>According to this week&#39;s article, emotionally perceptive (Bariso, 2021b) is the most important of those five elements.Because no one wants to feel like they&#39;re being pressured into a decision, or that power is being taken away from them&quot;(Bariso, 2021b). During email communication, trust, respect, humility, listening, and cooperation are crucial for each other. However, carefully considered (Bariso, 2021b) is the least important. We want to efficiently solve the problems through the mail, which ensures the issues are clear, understandable, and directly for the reader.</title>

<title>In my opinion, out of the five factors covered by Justin Bariso in this article., Emotional intelligence is the most crucial while the sign-off is the least crucial. Here is why I made each decision: Emotional intelligence defines the tone and fosters a strong bond between the sender and the recipient as it did in Steve Jobs&#39; letter to Mr. James. Examples are: Inviting feedback from the recipient, being conversational and acknowledgement in Steve Jobs&#39; email. It also demonstrates sympathy, esteem and readiness to comprehend the viewpoint of the other person because it facilitates communication that is clear, collaborative and trustworthy creating a genuine relationship. The least significant component which is the sign-off can help create a good impression and light other factors mentioned. The email&#39;s substance, conciseness, and emotional intelligence are much more important than the choice of sign-off for the effectiveness of the email will be minimally impacted by the sign-off as long as it is polite and formal. </title>

<title>I think the most important element is clarity. When writing an email, its most important thing is it should be clear and easily understandable. The least important element element is personalization. It&#39;s nice to address someone by their name , its not essential to the overall effectiveness of email.</title>
