Within that chapter, it offered advice for creating an IEP (individualized education plan), using supplementary aids and services, how to measure the student's progress in the classroom, and how to make accommodations for assessments.

This class was extremely valuable to me because gave me various techniques for teaching students with disabilities.

I really like this website because when someone is writing a paper, they do not want to use the same old boring words. This website is also really interesting because it tells the user what the definition of the word is and if it is something like a noun or a verb. It also give suggestion for synonyms and antonyms, and if you click on those words, it goes into more detail about them. The user can also drag the map around and make other words the center of the map.

I will definitely use this website in my classroom. I think it will be very beneficial to the students who are visual and hands-on learners because it will interact with them. I think it will be easier for the students to pull up this website when they are trying to find information about a certain word rather than having to search for it in a dictionary or thesaurus. It will also be useful if I teach special education, because there is an audio option where students with visual impairments can hear what the words and definitions are.
