         <description><![CDATA[<div>Even though it doesn't sound like it, rain can cause damage that sometimes cause storms. They can cause floods and floods can be as high as 10 to 20 feet of water. When other forms of precipitation like hail come into play, it can put cracks or even holes into glass.</div>]]></description>
