Erasmus is a comprehensive programme that enables the personal, academic and professional development of students or teachers. Each school needs to know why it needs it and what it wants to achieve. We want to achieve a greater international experience for teachers and children and to develop a network contacts. We want to improve language skills and broaden new cultural experiences. We have a better chance of providing financial suport for socially disadvantged pupils. The exchange of knowledge and practice gives us the necessary personal and professional growth. The use of digital tools serves us in learning and teaching. Through collaboration and active responsibility, we promote equality, sustainnability and social responsibility in the world we live in. In this way can promote European values, human rights, democracy and aktive citizenship.

I realized how important it is to be aware that we live in a global world. In my future lessons, I will ask students why they are here and why they chose the course to better understand their backgrounds. I also reflected on the international policy at my school-why it's needed, what we want to achieve, and how to reach these goals.

And I saw a little frog from Guadeloupe in my apartment!

I've also learned about importance of making project right - the wocabulary and thinking about what we need.
