in the text the misspelling the work "of" he talks about the word of but on a deeper understanding by turning into a real world because some kid in his class spelt it "uv" instead of "of" making the person stupid but in reality he's smart and this made the author think about life on a deeper level that the world has weird laws and rules like the speeding of "of".

I chose the One-act play called "please take a seat!" and I enjoy it alot because in the play I like how they are actually really funny and I like how the crowds are also laughing. One specific example that I will give from this play is that When the women starts to talk to the men and then telling him that "I'm not sure that I like that were talking"

I chose the poem "We Wear the Mask" by Paul Laurence Dunbar. I found myself enjoying the poem. When she read "Nay, let them only see us, when We wear the mask." really stood oy to me because I thought of this as the world is full of truth but also lies and the way most of us fit in is when we aren't ourselves, that the only way you can fit into society is if you act like someone you aren't.

The article I had chosen is called "The Power of Hello" by Howard White. I could really connect and relate to this poem because it talks about how young Howard was just a little boy when his mother told him to say hello to the man who lives by. She had mentioned to always greet someone, no matter what. Howard then went on in life saying hello to his boss, his coworkers, and even the men who clean the buildings. Howard got so comfortable that he considered greeting someone was a way of life to him. One day he spoke with the boss and asked to have a meeting with him. Howard felt so connected with his boss that as the years went on, he became vice president of the company. Howard then realized how powerful it is to just open your mouth, and say hello.

I chose the play called "DMV Tyrant". This play was very frustrating to me because the worker wasn't cooperating and seemed super unprofessional. The guy wanted to get a permanent driver's license because his temporary one expired and she was just being very difficult so that kind of made me dislike it. But other than that it was funny and the play was pretty good.

I read the essay called "The Power of Hello"

by Howard White. I liked how in the essay he talked about how when he was young his mom made him say Hello to the Mr. Lee, the man next door. his mother said to him as a young boy that stuck with him she said. “You let that be the last time you ever walk by somebody and not open up your mouth to speak, because even a dog can wag its tail when it passes you on the street.”

I chose the play called "DMV Tyrant".

the play would probably make many people mad including myself, because the worker wasn't doing anything to help the man, and was reading while the man was talking to her, and didn't get a permanent license. The man was telling her what happened and she said "Wait a minute" and she kept giving him bad responses causing the man to get infuriated about the situation. and the man kept trying to get a permanent licence and kept getting a temporary license and it kept expiring and didn't realize that his temporary license expired, and he has to retake the driving test so he can get his permanent license
