    For those of you I have not had a chance to meet yet, my name is Adassa, and I am one of the program evaluators for the PDG project at DCYF. I am reaching out to ask for your help in filling out a questionnaire about your experience with the Washington Communities for Children (WCFC) Network.
     
    Your responses will help WCFC identify the possible strengths and weaknesses in the network’s collaboration, or can be used to provide an overall score of collaborative success. The survey includes about 44 questions, which are grouped into six categories such as Process and Structure, Communication, Purpose, and Resources.
