Our referral process is really easy, simply download your required referral and return to us at Cumberland.fast@cumbria.gov.uk if you have any questions just give us a call.

Solihull Approach

Where directed we can deliver Solihull on a one to one basis or with in targeted work can help parents access it independently. However any parent can access this even if not referred to FAST, to complete for free they simply need to sign up and the access code is WORDSWORTH

Family time

When looking to refer for Family Time we encourage you to read our guidance and ensure you complete the referral in full to assist with our planning. It is an expectation that Foster carers transport to & from family time

FAST may not always be able to meet the needs of the families you are working with or offer a service as promptly as you need it so we may signpost you elsewhere.

Life story

We encourage all social workers to build life story throughout a child's journey but there are times when FAST may need to offer additional support to children with plan a long term cared for plan. FAST do not complete Life story work/books for children with a SGO plan.
