Microraptor was a genus of four-winged, feathered dromaeosaurid dinosaur that lived in the first half of the Cretaceous period. It measured about 30 centimeters (12 in) tall, 50 to 70 centimeters (20 to 27 in) long, and weighed 1 to 4 kilograms (2.3 to 9.1 pounds), making it one of the smallest dinosaurs ever to live on Earth.

Plant: Fern

Ferns, or ferns, are vascular plants that are members of the pteridophyte taxon (which no longer has taxonomic validity and is only used as an informal name). They have vascular tissues (xylem and phloem), true leaves, reproduce through spores and do not produce seeds or flowers. They lived in the Cretaceous period.

During the Jurassic period, there was a big dinosaur called the Brachiosaurus. It was about 25 meters long and very tall. The Brachiosaurus was a herbivore, so it ate leaves from tall trees. One common plant at that time was the cycad. Cycads had thick trunks and strong leaves, and they grew from seeds. These plants germinated slowly and lived in warm, wet places. Both the Brachiosaurus and the cycad lived in forests and near rivers.

To germinate magnolia seeds, begin by harvesting and cleaning the mature pods, letting them dry, and separating the seeds. Then, cold stratify them by keeping the seeds moist in a refrigerator for two to three months. Finally, plant the seeds in a well-draining substrate, maintaining adequate humidity and temperature, and, after germination, transplant the seedlings when they have three to four pairs of leaves.
