The image depicts a girl in water, metaphorically representing nature that is portrayed as a cold and an uninviting place. The girl is saddened by the discourse associated around environmental injustice, neglect and misunderstanding. The 3 circles represent my own growth of knowledge concerning the environment which I learned through science, my own culture background and conducting educational outreach.
