  Preparation time:  20 minutes to discuss and make a case for their position.

  Debate: 20 minutes total - each group has 10 minutes to present its argument.
• 
  Group members can identity one speaker or take turns presenting parts of their argument.
• 
  During the debate, subgroups might meet to come up with ideas to strengthen or redefine their group’s strategy to suggest to team members who are debating. 
• 
  Regroup: 5 minutes to regroup / 
• 
  Rebuttal: 10 minutes total – each group has 5 minutes for a rebuttal.
