- I am going to be having probably one moderator (to start with) for this Padlet, which means they can edit and delete posts, and they can write and read them as normal. They will only be chosen if they seem responsible enough. If I catch them abusing their powers 2 times, we will replace them (unless you're on the VIP list)
- VIP List - The VIP List is the top 10% of this group. They will have special advantages in the group, like more pardons for posts and moderator abuse, and they will also have it easier when I am hiring moderators. The VIP List will be made when we have 11 members in total.
- If you do know me, you can just say it. If you do fake it though, it will count as 2 warnings.
- Warnings for members: If a member is caught by breaking the rules, they may receive a warning. If they continue after the third warning, they may be kicked from the kicked from the group.
- Warnings for moderators: If a moderator is caught abusing their powers, it will be a warning. If they get caught again, they will be demoted to a normal member. If they are VIP, they get an extra pardon. 2) Do not pretend to be a mod if you are not. This will result in an auto-ban. Mods are kept in a document
3) If you have any critiques for the group, write them with courtesy and with the title: "Critiques (From {Your name here})"
4) Do not ask for mod. I will announce when a spot is available for mod. If there is no spot for mod, do not ask for mod. This applies to VIP members.
5) Do not ask for VIP. This is for the top 10% of members/mods in the group. The fact that someone is mod will not come into play when VIPs are being decided.
6) Ranking in the group: Normal Member >> VIP Member >> Moderator >> VIP Moderator >> Vice Chairman >> Chairman
7) Everyone's warnings will be recorded in a document. We won't lose your name. If you are eventually 15 days away from your last warning that is saved, it will be removed. If you ask for it to be removed, the timer will be reset.

2) VIP MEMBERS - You having VIP does not mean you have special privileges, it means you have advantages in events and opportunities.
3) VIP MODS - If you see any kind of abuse from a mod that I do not, screenshot the post and send it to me.
4) VIP Moderator is the highest rank possible. More ranks may be added in the future, but for now, that is the highest available rank for someone who does not know me personally.
5) Remember that if you have any kind of warnings on record, you will be removed or be ineligible to be a VIP. #10 - VIP Member - This is obtainable by being in the group and on the VIP list with no other important job.
#9[MR] - Supervisor - You must pass the Supervisor application and training.
#8 - Moderator - You must be noticed by an HR and ranked (#6-#1), or you can pass the moderator application.
#7 - VIP Moderator - You must be a moderator on the VIP List.
#6[HR] - Head of Moderation - You're the best of the moderators. Get this job by proving your worth.
#5 - Board of Directors - These people are going to be chosen soon. You can get in by being an impeccable Head of Moderation.
#4 - Vice President - There will be 1 Vice President, which is going to be open soon. An application will be made soon.
#3[SHR] - Send in the best President application and get this rank! The 2 runner-ups will be ranked as a Vice President.
#2 - Vice Chairman - One time only. Not available to public.
#1 - Chairman - Retro. YEET
