Today we did a tour in Ria de Aveiro and did all the travels by train while we played games. It was really fun.

Today, we visited “ Pavilhão da água” where we did a lot of very interesting experiments. All the students liked the visit a lot!

In the afternoon, we went to cais de Gaia and Ribeira, where we found a woman taking old-styled photos of people! Here's ours!

We went to the Bio Ria where we found a huge variety of species.

The walk was around 5 km and we were able to discover new plants and new types of animals and their types of habits.

On Wednesday the group went to Parque da Cidade in Porto to visit the Pavilhão da Água.

We saw all kinds of experiments relating to the water and its preservation.

There were three rooms: the first was the representation of the spring of a river , the second was the valley and the third was the mouth of a rever. The last room was very special because it was an immersive room here we were able to see many images being projected on the walls. Then we went to have lunch and hanged out it our friends. After that, we took the bus and then the metro back to Gaia.

We went by bus to an amazing wetland located in Aveiro. So, we were able to see a large variety of species that live in salty and/or freshwater. Some of them are not native, so our guide has indicated some methods they normally use to reduce the ecological impact. That was such an amazing tour visit!!!

Parque da Cidade do Porto e Pavilhão da Água

We went to Parque da Cidade do Porto, where we would rest, eat and hang out for a long time. There, we visited "Pavilhão da Água", where we did a lot of experiments about the quality of the water we drink, using physics and chemistry on our behalf. Then, we went to another exhibition about the cycle of the water and energy. When the activities were over, we had lunch and we were free to rest!!!

Today, we went to a new restaurant called "City Wook", in Gaia. The Portuguese students, the Spanish students and some parents of some students went there to have lunch and socialize.

Today, was the last day! At around 6 a.m. we went to school to say the final goodbye to the Spanish students. It was a great week and we were sad to see them go.

Our Spanish students arrived yesterday late in the evening. We are so excited!!!!!

Today, we visited Porto. We also went to the most beautiful McDonald's in the world. How exciting it was !!! They have liked it very much.

So, today we took them to school for the first time.

While we were at school, we made the presentations of the works that each one of us had prepared. We also met up with some students from the Erasmus+ program from Italy.

After lunch, we took them to an açaí shop for them to try it.

At noon, we took them to a trampoline park in Matosinhos named Jumpyard. They also liked it very much!!

On this beautiful day, we went by subway and then by train to Ria de Aveiro, where we made a 5km trail to get to know the space.

After the walk, we had lunch at Aguda's beach and went to the aquarium nearby.

At around 6 pm, we went to the mall and played bowling. It was so cool!!

On Wednesday, we went to Parque da Cidade and to Pavilhão da Água, where we made some experiences.

We had lunch in the park and stayed there for a couple hours, where we played a lot of volleyball.

When we arrived, we went to Ribeira and Cais de Gaia to see the views and for the Spanish people to buy some souvenirs.

After that, we went to the beach to celebrate Caio's birthday.

Sara and I (the Spanish girl who's with me) went to a restaurant in Porto called Gazela, where we ate some hot dogs. They were amazing as always.

Thursday, we had lunch with some parents at the City Wok that opened recently in Mafamude. The food was amazing!

After lunch, we went to Parque da Lavandeira to hang out for a bit.

When the park was about to close, we left, and some of us went to El Corte Inglês and stopped by Starbucks to have a drink.

So, it was the last day of this beautiful experience with great people that we have had the chance to know.

I think I speak for all of us when I say that I loved meeting them and that I wanted to go there again and spend much more time with them. Maybe some day we get to visit them again! You never know!
