Reason: We chose this theme as we feel that this chapter is shown as a greaf example on how we can bond as a family or as friends and better know each other. I think that doing this kind of ritual is a good habit as they can let out their concerns to other people and discuss as a whole. It takes place every evening, and everyone in Jonas's family is required to share the feelings that they have experienced during the day. This evening telling of feelings is always carried out at the dinner table after everyone is finished with their meal.

In Jonas's family, everyone has to share their feelings experienced during the day. I do think that sharing feelings with family members is a good and healthy habit for one's well-being. Everyone can let out their negative emotions or concerns to others so they would not bottle up their feelings.
