Answer: Because communities help to keep the enviroment clean and laws to save the community for not breaking the law.

Question 2: What would communities be like without rules and laws?

Answer: It would be a very bad pace from people doing illegal things.

Question 3: Are there disadvantages having rules and laws?

Answer: Yes there can be eg. Money, finance etc.

And if everyone just has drugs this world will not be safe

If there was no laws then all the bad people who should be in jail will out killing people or just stealing

It is fair to have laws because if people get in street fights or anything else it could be very unsafe, so they should be in jail.
