    • Serena Williams is depicted as a caricature throwing a tantrum with a pacifier because she lost. 


    • Are there problems or issues with this image? If so, what are they? 
    Her features are very exaggerated which is reminiscent of racist blackface cartoons in the past. She's also being portrayed as a baby and emotionally immature/ unstable.

    White and male dominance in sports.

    Mr. Knight, an Australian cartoonist who mainly focuses on politics and sports, drew the image and published it.

    The image was received as very offensive because it is very clearly racist and sexist, but it was also defended by the newspaper.

    -Not well. Video was taken down due to the racism it directed towards the Indian culture.
