         <description><![CDATA[<div>1. Apprentices usually did simpler jobs and watched the other workers do the more difficult ones. Apprentices weren't paid, but they were given food, a place to stay, and a chance to learn their craft. <br>2. Journeymen were skilled workers who did not own their own shops.<br>3. Master craftsmen owned their shops. They were very experienced and did the most difficult parts of the work. </div>]]></description>
