She also talked very creepily and was very calm. She didn't show much emotion and made Tally very uncomfortable with the pressure of her consequences. Dr. Cable also follows the "Special Circumstances" and cant let Tally be pretty unless she helps her find Shay. Dr. Cables teeth were sharp, nose was aquiline, and her eyes were nonreflective gray. Dr. Cables voice had a hidden edge which creeped her out a bit.  
5) If I were Tally I would forget about the operation. Instead, I would join Shay in the wild. To do that I would pretend to stay home and be at the operation and sneak out. After that I would hopefully find Shay by going to where I left her which is by the waterfall.
