What a world we live in today. Covid 19 is affecting people all over the world and is ruining a lot of peoples mental health. Covid has taken so much from people and it's caused people to go into somewhat of a panic. People have lost their jobs, their loved ones, and so much more. It has even caused a lot of emotional and physical abuse between families and relationships. Even trying to get to a doctors office now is a huge struggle. All we can do for now is hope for better days and try to gain all our mental health back.

One reason why Covid has ruined mental health is one because of Jobs. Every single person in the U.S. depends on their jobs. For one, paying bills, food and essentials. Without work some people could be evicted and even more start living on streets. Some people are even not eligible for unemployment which has had a huge uprising ever since Covid has began. It also get very difficult when the holidays are right around the corner.

Another reason is people loosing their loved ones. A lot of people struggle with separation anxiety and not being able to see people is very hard. I couldn't even imagine if you live alone. Like I said too the holidays are around the corner and not being able to do that really cam affect a affect a person. There is also a lot of people who have depression and being stuck in their room all day can really get to them. People don't just lose their loved ones, they also start to loose sanity.

Last reason is because of how people end up getting stuck with emotional and physical abuse ether from family or even a relationship. Some people can not even sit in the same room with people for so long and at that point they get so stressed and causes abuse. Covid really has put a lot of pressure on people and it is making people vulnerable. Some people also look into going to a doctor for help but

Is Covid effecting you? Covid is a disease that is killing many people and is putting us in this big pandemic. It has effected many people mentally and physically. So YES covid is affecting mental health, it is causing people to become depressed, lots of people are becoming stressful financially, and making people feel isolated.

Many people can develop depression just by staying home. According to Duzce Med J, in their article, "COVID-19 and Mental Health", it states , "Many studies have reported that quarantine and social restrictions can trigger depressive symptoms such as anxiety, obsession, and anhedonia." This shows that many people are developing depression and other mental disorders due to staying home and not being able to hang out with family or friends.

Staying home can cause people to develop a mental disorder and become stressful. According to KONSTANTINOS TSAMAKIS, in their article, "COVID‐19 related stress exacerbates common physical and mental pathologies and affects treatment (Review)", it states, "quarantine has been associated with negative psychological effects including emotional disturbance, depression, stress, low mood, irritability, panic attacks, phobic symptoms, insomnia, anger, emotional exhaustion and post-trau- matic stress symptoms (9) and in extreme cases, suicide (10)." This shows that being quarantine are making people feel stressed and it is hurting peoples mental health and causing them to feel strep, angry, and can also lead to bad things.

Many people are feeling isolated by quarantining all the time. According to Jain, in their article, "Impact on mental health by "Living in Isolation and Quarantine" during COVID-19 pandemic", it states, "Detrimental effects on mental health are expected to arise with isolation, neglect, and loneliness." This shows that many people are effecting their mental health by staying home and feeling isolated because you are starting to feel lonely and can't see family and friends.

On the other hand some people feel they are not feeling stressful financially cause they have a job to go to every morning through the isolation and work while others can't. They don't feel depressed or isolated because they are not home all day and not all people are privileged like that.

After reading all these articles it is clearly shown that Covid is affecting peoples mental health because it cause people to feel depressed and isolated staying home not being able to leave and see family and friends it can start to make you crazy and with being home all the time and not working it is affecting people finacially and making them feel tree and cause them to get anxiety.
