A decir verdad considero que estuve bastante bien, no me siento completamente segura al momento de hablar, pero está bien, me defiendo. Además pienso que el ambiente que se genera en clase es bastante cómodo, lo suficiente como para generar confianza cuando se debe hablar. Muchas gracias Jackie Teacher por darnos este espacio tan agradable durante cada clase.

• Does Medellín's downtown area have a bad reputation? Why?: Yes, It does, Medellin's downtown has a really bad reputation, specially in the center of the city, there's a lot of crimes, like robbery, murdery and some more that anybody wants.

• Which bars are mentioned in the video?: Smokey's park (El ganábano), Diógenes, Canciello, El eslabón perdido, The colombo americano (10th floor).

• In your daily routine: How often do you go to bars, pubs or discos: I never go to bars, nither pubs or discos. I don´t really know if it is 'cause I don't like that kind of places o maybe it could be because of the lound noises and the alcohol, things that I really hate. By the way. If you invite me.. maybe and just maybe I would go there, but just in some stragers cases... not always, not even often.

The Country the teacher assigned to me (us) was Egypt:

• The people marry very young, mostly with people that know in school or university.

• The family always eat breakfast together, it is very light, but for complex meal, they start eating a dish called Mezza.

• Egyptians like to watch TV, specially the ones that are based around traditional folk tales.

• This people like coffee a lot, before it was only for man, but now women also likes and can enjoy a cup of coffee.

• Egyptians thinks the education as a really important thing, so, almost all of the childs of every family, go to school everyday.

• They love the food, and one of the most traditional dishes is a flatbread called Aysh, witch they like to eat in special days.

In Florida there's a gruop of friends, they called themselfs "The coolers".

One day the coolers go to Lucy's house to have a party. 

There is Jodie and Dave who start to dancing like their life depends of that, once they entered yo Lucy's house. Also, Danny and Sam Stay quiet, as always because they don't really like to dance or sing, they prefer to play video games in their houses. Completly different from Tom, who Is actually a shy guy but with His friends he Is totaly an extrovert, how you can see he Is jumping and singing "Baby", by Justin Bieber right now with all his heart. Beside Tom are Claire and Jason, who are bestfriends, they love yo spend time together, and this time, they are laughing and being Happy looking at Tom acts. Finally there Is Eve and Helen, Eve Is Lucy's cousin, and they are very close to each other, but right now she Is spelling the tea with Helen, who Is the oldest of the group, Eve Is talking with Helen about Jason and Claire, Jason is in love with Jodie, and Claire Is in love with Jason, but Claire and Jodie are step-sisters, so it's a total drama between they.

Teacher, I think this exersice was preatty cool, a different space to check how we are, lear and practice, everything at the same time, it was awsome, a different challenge...

My asses of this week!

Teacher, I don´t really know if we have to anwer in the plataform, but it didn´t let me response, so I did it in my own way.

My asses of this week.

Asado: In this recipe we have meat grilled, with a chimichurri sauce, made of finewly chopped parsley. oregano, onion, garlic, chili peper flakes, olive oil and something with tart flavor, like vinegar or lime.

Provoleta: A cheese pungent and sharp, it is crispy and sligthty caramelized on the outside. While is goofy and smokey on the inside.

Choripan: It's a pork and beef sausage grilled, tuped with the chimichurri sauce with two slides of bread.

Alfajores: Two biscuits join together like a sandwich with caramel between them filling and chocolate candies.

Empanadas: Semi-fried or baked, filled with sweet and savory stuffing. They are made by everything, chiken, pork, potatoes... you can find so many flavors.

Dessert empanadas: Packed with jam sweet potatoes or dulce de leche, and sprickled with cinnamon, sugar or sweet raisins.

Do you like any of them?

I like the alfajores and I would love to try the provoleta, it sound delicious.

What is your favorite food? Describe the ingredients it has!:

I love pizza, thats my favorite food but i don´t really eat it often. It has aflour dough, also the it is cheese, tomato sauce, and actually I love when it has pinapple and peperoni or ham.

There is is the one that you use when is just one little thing, or just a few of them, like one grape or one apple, you will say.

"There is one grape" or "There is one apple"

In the other hand, we have the "There are" this one you will use it when is more nouns, many of them, a lot of thinks, like "Some oranges" or "Some potatoes", in this case, the correct way to say it will be "There are some potatoes" or "There are some oranges"

I think taht there´s so many things that we have in common but also there´s some that we don´t share, how can you see in the picture. Also it was so fun, meeting knew people that we don´t even tell any single word in the whole semester, I really love it.

For me is the last one, It really looks delicious, it have some fruit, like the perfect portion and a lot of vegetables, which I really love, also it have a few eggs, the best portion of protein, and the thing that I love the most that is THE PASTA, and there is a lot of it. Also is the only one dish that doesn´t have apple, like... Who eat apple in the lunch?

Oh my god teacher, this class was really hard for me, how can someone talks like he has a potato in his mouth, but also it was fun, as you said, not everyone talks pretty.

Not really, I don´t really have a strategy to study, I just try to be always conscious thinking, when I do this I keep everything in my mind, making myself to think in english. That it´s not an option. I also try to enjoy it, and not be afraid of it, cause when you fear it, it just starts to getting worse.

Today was so fun, a little bit sacry because many of us have to talk with someone who didn´t talk in the past, but yeah, it´s cool to know other people, and try to make something together, I think that is the mosty scary thing but it´s ok let´s see what can we do.

Teahcer, I have no words, I don´t know if I am talking just for me, but I think you are such an incredible professor, it was amazing to be in class with you, you are so creative and make everithing really easy to learn, and I think that really is gold worth. I know that maybe I have just a little bit more knowledge than almost the rest of my classmates, but even so, you always have something to teach me, and I really appreciate that, I love the way how you always have a new an interesting activity, and maybe English is not easy for everyone, but you make it easyer and funnier.

Thank you so much for everything, for real, I hope we see each other in another time. <3
