The Staff was teaching on how to use the SkyScanner https://www.skyscanner.com.my to find the cheaper  flight ticket outbound. I make the packages from Kuala Lumpur to the Japan. In this knowledge,  I be able know on how to find the flight ticket. Besides that, the staff also teach on how to give the response towards the customer if they are interested on what packages that company serves. We should give the itinerary to the customer by using the email and if they are agree with it, payment. will be make by using the bank-in transaction then, the invoice will be give to the customer.
