Amelia would be someone the team can count on to get the job done regardless of what obstacles come her way. 

    Cindy- Connectedness: A good team needs a person to connect the group. Cindy would  be the "glue" for our team and maintain the comradery amongst all members. Every efficient group should have a person that keeps them together and focused on the end goal.

    Faith- Futuristic: Technology and the future are almost synonymous to each other, so my team would definitely need someone with an eye for whats ahead. Faith would be able to envision the possibilities of the technology and share it with the rest of the team. 

    Pablo- Positivity: Positive thinking leads to positive results. Pablo would be the light when times are dark, because no journey is made without some hardships. He would be able to cheer up the team when things get rough.

    Sheila- Strategic: Those who don't have a plan should plan to fail. Sheila would be able to create a plan for the team to execute.
