I am a Senior Lecturer at Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM), where I teach and conduct research in public management. My areas of interest include crisis vulnerability, public sector governance, and public management. I teach courses on the Malaysian Constitution and Introduction to Public Administration and coordinate subjects like Public Policy, Strategic Public Management, and Ethics for Public Management at Pusat Pendidikan Professional dan Lanjutan (PACE).

I hold an Postgraduate Diploma in Higher Education Learning and Teaching (PGDHELT) in UUM, PhD in Public Management from Universiti Sains Malaysia. M.A. in Governance and Public Policy from the University of Sheffield, United Kingdom, and a First Class Degree from Universiti Teknologi Mara, Malaysia. I have also been recognized as a scholar under the Skim Latihan Akademik Bumiputera (SLAB) and other national programs.
