Observation requires cognitive engagement every five or ten minutes. So communication is the key to express that learners are engaged and interested in what the teacher said.
Observation is a kind of being the teacher looks like a nature photographer.
So teacher has to due care of the time and the feedback at the same time.
He or she has to say thank you to the learners.furthermore, teacher must to be unobstrusive as possible.
The teacher should observe at the beginning and near the end  .
Both teacher and learner have to observe each other to achieve progress in the learning.
