Does the winery use social media channels? Which ones? Is there a link back to the website so that customers can purchase wine? Do they use social media influencers?

Some of the content of the social media platforms is the same, but while it seems the Facebook platform focuses more on people and articles relevant to the winery, the Instagram has a more "aesthetic" feel to it with lots of cameos of food and wine and stunning photos of the location. Both platforms welcome user generated content, with the Instagram tags allowing the viewer to see external photos shared by others at the location. The Facebook page engages with comments and posts on its page to ensure customer engagement is maintained. A recommendation to improve the use of these platforms is to make posts that are more likely to get engagement from viewers of posts, such as asking questions or putting up poles to get potential customers to engage with the page, this will benefit the page as the social media algorithm will put more posts from Gibbston Valley to customers who engage with the posts being made.
On the website customers are easily able to purchase wine, with prices, pictures and notes attached to each wine being sold, customers are able to get a good grasp of what they are purchasing through the use of the website.
