Feedback CPD might be better bespoke - questions about feedback have come up in bespoke social moderation workshops, and we've done several social moderation/feedback combined workshops, getting staff to co-create feedback on the assessments they've just marked through discussion & following the '7 hallmarks' etc.

There seems to be a bit of a gap when it comes to co-creation. Current CPD on 'Partnerships and co-creation' may not really do the job.

Developing assessment criteria could be run as open CPD- now that we have exemplars which can be drawn upon as case studies etc. This could also cover co-creation/assessment &feedback literacy/video from Caroline Almond.

The focus on diversity and community is a key element of the strategy and aligns with the IEP. Is there an opportunity to offer workshops that combine our work with a focus on building 'Cynefin' in our learning communities? For example, inclusive assessment.
