Wildfires prevention is not possible or wanted. The wildfires are reborn by if there is a another lightning storm it will be reborn. Then animals food might get burned by the fires that's going on. Fires also need fuel and oxygen to burn. Oxygen is an invisible gas in the air around us. Parts of burned trees turn into ash. Rain and snow carry the minerals in the ash back into the soil.
