Hungarian has cold winter and hot summer.The dishes like stuffed peppers, schnitzel and cholent is influenced by other country for example Otttoman, Austrian, and Jewish.I wan to try spricy food, and luckily , Hungarian food is made from parika. One of the dish is Porkolt, It usually made from boneless meat, plenty of paprika, and onions .I like to cook and try different food , so i would like to try it one day.

In Budapest, there is a famous land markers Buda Castle which is also called the Royal Palace and the Royal Castle that has long history.I want to share it because i think it's architecture itself that has Art Nouveau style inside.
