During book clubs, this can occur during the picture walk at the opening of the lesson or by marking a key photo in the text with a sticky note and asking group members to start on that page rather than the beginning of the book. As they focus on developing questions about the pictures, prior knowledge is naturally activated and questions evolve easily in conversation."</div>]]></description>
