To create the shape I glued 2 ends of the rectangle together to make it three-dimensional and a cylinder-like shape. First I made it smaller as a first iteration and next made it life-size. After that to advance it I learned the basics of Fusion and created a flat design with thin areas connecting each triangle making it flexible. It is also functional because light would shine through the top and bottom through the openings and also through the slits between each triangle.
