    • Reasons:
      • His speeches are encouraging, intellectual, and factual.
      • He strives to help businesses develop a connection with their employees in order to increase productivity.
      • He revolutionizes how businesses function by teaching their leaders to perform in a way that encourages, provides for, and pushes their teams forward.
  • Marcus Buckingham would be my first choice in who to hire to speak. Hiring him would cost between $50,000 and $100,000.
