Not a place where they are told hurtful things. Cyberbullying is a serious thing, it is the same thing as regular bullying and maybe sometimes can be worse. It can lead to depression, suicide, and self harm. Over 50% of teenagers have been bullied online, about the same percentage have engaged in cyberbullying. More than 1 in 3 have experienced cyber threats online or on their phone. Over 25% have been bullied repeatedly. 7 out of 9 have harmed themselves from cyberbullying and 20% of cyber bullied kids think about suicide and 1 in 10 attempt it.

Nearly 1 in 10 have posted their phone number online. A 3rd of all teens are meeting people in person that they talked to online.
