Some days I play soccer or jump with my brother on the trampoline. Others I play on my X-box or kindle. I really love writing stories and when you write stories that are fiction you need to create places, characters and animals. I think creativity is important to the survival of the human race because well think about it, without creativity all the great inventors would have never invented. Another reason I think creativity is important is because we will eventually run out of natural gas, coal etc. and we will have to think of a solution. I think one reason our creativity scores are falling is because of lets face it electronics. We are sitting down all day looking at a screen. Whether It's an ipad, phone, or Xbox it will not help you with becoming creative. If you don't believe me then let's look at a few things. You will be able to solve problems easier, It will help you with playing an instrument, and help you with a lot of other things in life. I think we should not be on our devises as much. instead I think we should at least play indoors. Because we don't have to play outside to help our creativity. They are actually very successful developers and some of these new inventions are very useful but they don't have to make a  new invention every year because they are all very similar and don't have a lot of innovative changes, therefore not much creativity. But sometimes there's that one special person that can make a difference in the world. But the truth is everyone can make a change. If creativity is not part of how we think we are not going to have many new ideas. Some people think being creative means you go on YouTube and get something from there. When you use divergent thinking the brain makes up new ideas and sometimes that idea is the next big thing. When you use convergent thinking, you pull what you know converge them and that is when you get the big idea. The fact that the United Stats creativity scores are falling is because kids aren't subject to thinking outside the box any more.
