Queen's Medical Center.  90 hours on a Medical-surgical unit.  Provided nursing care for adult clients who are recovering from surgery or are acutely ill with medical conditions and diseases.  Nursing interventions included administering IV and subcutaneous medications, checking blood glucose, wound dressing changes, monitor I&O, physical assessment, activities of daily living, and patient education.

NURS 320: Maternity and Pediatrics
Kapiolani Medical Center for Women and Children.  270 hours on Family Birthing Center, Mother-baby Unit, and Pediatric Wilcox floor.  Performed nursing interventions including monitor I&Os,  provide patient education,  perform head to toe assessments, postpartum, newborn physical assessments.  Performed tracheostomy care and suctioning, IV medication administration, and wound care.

NURS 360: Psychiatric and Medical-Surgical.  270 hours of clinical/ simulation labs.
Castle Medical Center, Behavioral Health Unit.  Performed 1 to 1 assessments and therapeutic communication sessions with patients.  Interacted with members of a multidisciplinary team and utilized various psychiatric assessment tools to develop mental status examinations and psychosocial assessments.  
Due to COVID pandemic, we were unable to conduct onsite clinicals at Kaiser.
