         <title>UK students often take jobs during their holidays and some save part of their income to pay their tuition fees. UK graduates earn, on average, £8500 a year more than non-graduates. Economics graduates had the second highest average earning of all UK graduates in 2016. The top 10% of economics graduates earned £115000 a year. Explain: two non-wage factors that influence an individual&#39;s choice of occupation.</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>2 non wage factors that may influence an individual's choice of occupation are:<br><br>1. Skills required : a person will choose a job based on whether they are qualified for the job and the skills required for the job. For example, a person with a degree in art direction will not pursue a job as a doctor.&nbsp;<br><br>2. Fringe benefits : a person might choose a job based on whether the firm provides benefits for their employees. Some firms provide free housing and free company cars to their employees, these are examples of fringe benefits. A person may want a job because of these additional benefits that come with it. </div>]]></description>
