In this project, I would like to highlight the importance of rest. As can be seen, the majority of the film shows my routine during online classes, such as attending the morning assembly and doing some asynchronous activities. The last parts of the film shows myself doing some of my favorite hobbies like reading books, feeding the dogs, and watching some Netflix. If one continues to work nonstop, then you would really feel very tired, anxious, sad, and alone especially during this time of isolation. Therefore, it is important to give your mind a little bit of rest. Even if we are having too much to handle, it is important that we have even just a little bit of relaxation to freshen up and continue to push through in these times of loneliness.
